Terms of Service
Last updated: 9 September 2026
1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and LinkStage (“LinkStage”, “we”, “us”) and govern your access to and use of the LinkStage website, creator pages, dashboard, scheduling tools, application programming interfaces and all related services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, connecting a third-party account, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of digital majority in your jurisdiction, and legally capable of entering into a contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@linkstage.io if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Your content
You retain all ownership of the text, images, video, audio, links and other material you upload or publish through the Services (“Your Content”). You grant LinkStage a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, transcode, cache, transmit and display Your Content strictly for the purpose of operating, securing and improving the Services, including delivering it to the third-party platforms you have instructed us to publish to.
You represent and warrant that you hold all rights necessary to publish Your Content and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, publicity or contractual right. LinkStage does not add any watermark, logo or branding overlay to media you upload.
4. Connected third-party accounts and scheduling
The Services allow you to connect accounts you own or are authorised to manage on third-party platforms (for example Instagram, Facebook, Threads, YouTube, TikTok and Pinterest) and to schedule content for publication to them. You may only connect accounts you are permitted to operate, and your use of each platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms, policies and publishing limits.
Access tokens obtained through these connections are stored in encrypted form and used solely to perform the actions you request, such as publishing scheduled posts, refreshing expired authorisations and retrieving the metrics shown in your dashboard. You may disconnect any account at any time, which revokes our further use of its tokens. Publishing depends on third-party systems, quotas and review processes, so we cannot guarantee that any individual post will be delivered, or delivered on time.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- publish unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, hateful, harassing or infringing material;
- publish sexual content involving minors, or any content prohibited by applicable law;
- send unsolicited bulk messaging, spam, or messages to recipients who have not consented;
- impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
- circumvent platform rate limits, automate abusive engagement, scrape the Services, or interfere with their security or integrity;
- resell, sublicense or provide the Services to third parties without our written consent.
We may remove content, suspend features or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe breach these Terms or expose LinkStage or its partners to legal risk.
6. Paid plans, billing and refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, and renew automatically until cancelled. Free trials convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and, except where required by law, fees already paid are not refundable. Prices may change with reasonable prior notice, effective from your next renewal.
7. Creator payments and fan transactions
Where the Services facilitate tips, product sales or other payments from your audience, those transactions are processed by third-party payment providers under their own terms. You are solely responsible for the goods, digital products, delivery and customer support you offer, and for all applicable taxes on your earnings. Platform fees, where applicable, are disclosed in your dashboard before you enable payments.
8. Availability and changes to the Services
The Services are provided on an ongoing but evolving basis. We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue features, and we perform maintenance that can cause temporary interruption. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes that adversely affect paid functionality.
9. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability or that publishing to third-party platforms will always succeed.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LinkStage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost revenue, lost audience, lost data, or content removed or restricted by a third-party platform. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid to LinkStage in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty euro (EUR 50).
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LinkStage and its officers, employees and contractors against any claim, demand, loss, liability or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from Your Content, your use of the Services, your connected accounts, or your breach of these Terms or of any third-party platform’s policies.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access with notice where practicable, or immediately where required for legal, security or platform-compliance reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends; provisions on content licences already exercised, payments owed, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and governing law survive.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LinkStage is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, save where mandatory consumer-protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material we will notify you by email or in the dashboard before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
